Privacy Policy
This policy covers the private, self-hosted Inbox Zero instance operated by Febin Ahmed for himself and his family. It is not a public service and has no users other than the account holders themselves.
What is accessed
- Gmail data is accessed through Google's API solely to organize the account holder's own mailbox.
- Processing happens on a private, self-hosted server under the account holder's sole control.
- No data is sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.
Retention
Data stays on that server for as long as the instance is in use, and is removed when an account is disconnected or the instance is shut down. Revoking access at Google Account permissions stops all further access immediately.
